About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our leading Mining Client for a casual position for an immediate start. This position will before an initial 12 month duration with the potential to extend, and will have a Monday to Friday roster, 38 hour week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the Specialist Reliability, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

Undertake gap assessments for fixed plant assets to identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices

Assess and prioritise equipment based on criticality, lifecycle and historical data

Review master data, engineering drawings and other information to establish equipment details

Conduct workshops with maintenance personnel to populate FMECA and Corrective Action information

Support planning and master data personnel to develop tactics in CMMS

Skills and Experience:

Previous on-site experience in mining industry

Knowledge of SAP CMMS System

Experience within Fixed Plant Maintenance at coal processing plants

Experience with GE APM

Experience with AMPLA DAS

Tertiary degree in engineering or similar with relevant industry experience

Through understanding of FMECA and RCM processes

Ability to perform measured and accurate work across all depth levels, from high level gap assessments to detailed equipment specific failure analysis

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel

Ability to work from Perth CBD office location

A team-focused approach with strong communication skills

Current Drivers Licence
