What You Will Be Doing
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Scheduler for an immediate start. This is a 9 month contract with the possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the scheduling and data control for the Iron Bridge Project with FMG.
This will include, however not be limited to the following duties:
Monitoring and reporting of project progress and forecast to complete
Work with project team to track all transport bookings and movements on the project
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and maintaining of project schedules in tendering and execution phases respectively across a portfolio of project
Provide Key dates, Milestones, Interdependencies, Work Breakdown Structure, and schedule critical path management
Presenting schedule analysis as required
Monitoring and reporting of progress performance against approved project baseline plan
Analysing deviations and proposed variations to evaluate impact on the project time-frame and resource requirements
Assist the project team to execute and manage the project plan
Assist the project team to prepare internal
What You Will Need
Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role
Advanced Excel proficiency
Knowledge of logistics / shipping terminology (desired but not required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Positive outlook the ability to build relationships
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A team player with a proactive mindset
