About the role

WorkPac are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Hydraulic Technician to join our team. As a Senior Hydraulic Technician, you will play a crucial role in servicing, maintaining, and installing hydraulic and mechanical equipment across various sites.

This role is a Permanent Position, Flexible Base rate plus penalties after 7.6 hours, different rates for remote work, Monday to Friday work with Plenty of overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintenance of hydraulic and mechanical equipment

• Installation and commissioning of hydraulic equipment and systems

• Manufacture of Oil and Water glycol systems

• Pressure testing of equipment

• Onsite troubleshooting

• Customer liaison

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Trade Certificate

• Willingness to learn hydraulic principles, valving, accumulators, pumps, actuators, hose, and fittings

• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic drawings

• Experience with troubleshooting hydraulic systems

• Tubing experience

• Forklift operation

• Dogman/Rigging certification

• Working at Heights certification

• Confined Space certification
