About the role:

We are currently seeking a experienced Project Administrator to join our team in Port Hedland. This is a full-time role and we require the applicant to live locally, as it is not a FIFO position.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will need to have strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel. The ability to work unsupervised, efficiently and be self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail is essential.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and processing documents, correspondence and reports

  • Managing incoming and outgoing communication

  • Assisting with data entry and record keeping

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Assisting with project coordination and planning

  • Maintaining filing systems and databases
