About the Role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Service Technician to join the team in their Welshpool workshop. You will not be working exclusively on Diesel Engines; you will not be taking engines apart. You will be working with air compressors, fault finding.

You will be working Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm.

There will be occasional field work FIFO, Kalgoorlie / Esperance with the possibility of offshore work from time to time.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Servicing /maintaining equipment/fleet when it has been returned to be rent ready again.

• Servicing / maintaining / fault diagnostics of equipment in workshop or customer sites.

• Commissioning / decommissioning of equipment at customer sites.

• Operator jobs (doing the above, and operating the equipment ensuring customer is getting correct pressure/flows etc out of equipment during their project often remote or offshore.

Customer segments include, but not limited to:

- Manufacturing

- Food & Bev manufacturing

- Pharmaceutical plants

- Pulp & Paper plants

- Metal industry

- Wastewater plants

- Meat Processing plants

- Hospitals

- LNG Industry

- O&G Industry (upstream, downstream, midstream)

- Refinery & Petrochemical plants

- Mining industry

- Pipeline projects

- Power Plants

- Other Rental /Hire companies

Skills and Experience

• Mechanically qualified

• Field service technician

• Valid driver's licence

• Intermediate PC skills
