Whitehaven Coal is Australia's largest independent coal producer and the leading coal producer in North West New South Wales.

What you will be doing

• Magazine management

• Managing the loading

• Tying and firing of blasts

• Following drill and blast designs

What you will need

• Minimum of 12 months shot firers experience within the coal industry.

• UHL Licence (security clearance)

• Shot Firers Ticket

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Have a strong safety conscious approach to work

• Working to ensure the highest personal standards of behaviour and discipline at all times.
