EXPERIENCED TRADES ONGOING SHUT DOWN WORK!
About the role:
WorkPac is currently seeking the below personnel to work with our client based out of Gladstone.
* Pressure Welder
* Fitter, Boilermaker
* Blaster
* Rigger
* Sheetmetal Worker
* Trade Assistant
You will provide your expertise in maintaining fixed plant within a project or shutdown environment ensuring that work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard. Shutdown work is expected to start in Mid April with other shut downs booked for the remainder of the year.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* maintaining fixed plant equipment specifically in rotating plant, valve maintenance and drive train overhauls within a heavy industry or power station environment.
* Shut down on boilers and shutdown maintenance at Power Stations.
Skills and experience:
* A trade qualification
* Hold a Trade Certificate III Engineering - Fitter & Turner, Mechanical Fitting trade qualification or equivalen
