About the Role
As the Site Manager you will report to the Director and be responsible for the successful delivery of subdivision and civil infrastructure projects by ensuring labour, subcontractors, equipment and material are effectively managed. Initially, this role will be a contract with the view to move into a permanent position after 2 months with fuel paid on top of your wages.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead your team.
Mentor and build your teams capacity.
Forecasting and programming.
Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials.
Efficient and economic use of resources.
Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary.
Undertake prestart and toolbox meetings, site inductions, and reporting and checking operator tickets.
Mitigating and reporting incidents, with a strong focus toward a zero incident, zero harm environment.
