About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our client for an immediate start based in Adelaide on four days on four days off roster. The role is responsible for HSE oversight of the construction project of gas installation works.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Day to day monitoring of onsite safety

• Issue permits and reviewing SMWS

• Set expectations for employees and subcontractors for HSE requirements

• Instruct personnel on safe work practices and hazards and ensure PPE requirements met

• Conduct daily pre-start meetings and weekly toolbox meetings

• Conduct and document JHSâs

• Manage and lead investigations of safety incident/accidents and report accordingly

• Monitor, review and report on HSE performance

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Construction Supervisor role with a health and safety focus

• Prior experience in Power Station industry (preferred)

• Knowledge and Understanding of HSE legislative requirements
