About the Role

Our Blackwater and Moranbah based client is looking for an experienced Childhood Educators to commence work on a full time basis for a permanent contract in the Bowen Basin.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services/Early Education and Care (or equivalent qualification)

• Current first aid/CPR including asthma and anaphylaxis

• Previous experience in a Lead Educator/Group Leader role is essential

• An understanding of the provision of a safe, well planned indoor and outdoor learning environment

• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards ("NQF" and "NQS"), the Early Years Learning Framework ("EYLF")

• An ability to document observations of children's behaviour and development

• An ability to implement a planned program, ensuring the needs of individual children and the group are met

• Strong communication skills and a team player

• Drivers Licence

• Blue Card
