Mining Trade Assistant

• $50/hr Permanent Rate OR $55/hr Causal rate

• 10 Hour shifts

• Local to the Hunter Valley

• Permanent or Casual rate available

About the Role

Are you a Trade Assistant wanting to break into the mines? Are you someone that can work well in both a team dynamic and independently Then we are looking for you!!!
We are looking for a Trade Assistant for work on their mine site, local to the Muswellbrook Area.

What you will doing

• Willing to working 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday.

• Self Motivated Looks for work, working largely unsupervised

• Assisting the Maintenance team to get parts ready for the Fitters to conduct their work on the mobile plant equipment
  

What you will Need

• Love to work independently

• Current Drivers Licence and can confidently drive manual

• Forklift ticket preferred

• Mechanically minded would be beneficial but not required.

• Trade experience beneficial.

• Willing to undertake an Order 43 Medical and Drug/Alcohol Test

• Provide right to work documents

• Provide 2 current workplace references
