In this role you will be required to:
To provide assistance with the maintenance and repair of ANIs operational assets including
the shiplift, ship transfer system and other plant, machinery and equipment as directed.
To provide assistance with activities associated with the docking, un-docking and transfer of
vessels and other maritime structures.
To undertake activities associated with the docking, un-docking and transfer of vessels and
other maritime structures.
To undertake duties to assist with services rollout and dry berth setup.
To undertake on-the-job training under the instruction of qualified technicians.
To undertake other duties within your competence and skill as directed by qualified
technicians or supervisory staff.
To undertake all necessary training to obtain licences/tickets for other site related
requirements, including but not limited to forklift driving, working at heights, confined
space etc, and once trained, to perform relevant tasks as required.
To comply with all work, health, safety, environment and quality obligations in the
performance of work, and contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive
safety culture.
To report any incidents relating to impact on the environment or safe operations.
To comply with all site security requirements.
To comply with all ANI policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct, and follow
all reasonable directions.
To undertake reasonable overtime and work outside of ordinary hours as required to meet
business needs
Flexible approach to working in an industrial environment with a small multi-disciplinary team
Computer literate
Strong initiative
Sound communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships
