About the Role:

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 7am to 3pm | Friday, 7am to 1pm

Minimum Weekly Hours: 38

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Trade Assistant/Forklift Operator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our radiator repairers and workshop operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with radiator repairers on tasks such as stripping, inspecting, cleaning, buffing, and assembling components.

• Engaging in general laborer duties within a workshop setting.

• Operating forklifts to ensure efficient movement of materials and components.

• Utilizing pressure cleaner machinery, blasting equipment, and assisting in painting tasks.

Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

• Proven experience in forklift operations.

• Previous exposure to a similar industry or environment, showcasing your adaptability.

• Strong ability to follow instructions meticulously.

• A team-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Reliability, commitment, and a proactive approach.

• A steadfast commitment to adhering to Occupational Health & Safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current Forklift license.

• Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
