Successful applicants will be employed by WorkPac, and will join the

Production team at Callide Mine as a Trainee Production Operator.

Applicants who wish to apply will possess the following:

• A valid Drivers Licence

• Proof of a local residence in the Banana Shire. Must currently live locally or willing to relocate with a connection to the local area.

• Background in a Construction, Civil, Logistics or Agricultural Industry

• Ability to contribute and work positively in a team environment

• Basic computer skills

• Commitment to safe work behaviours and adherence to site safety procedures

The following qualities will also be highly regarded:

• Experience in a Construction, Civil, Logistics or Agricultural Industry with Heavy Plant Experience

• Current Coal industry Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical
