About the role

WorkPac is seeking a Trainer and Assessor in Adelaide to deliver training and assessment for working at heights and confined space tickets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability in training delivery, and the ability to manage documentation and deadlines while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training and assessment to Learners upon completion of all relevant qualifications.

• Provide a flexible and engaging approach to educational programs.

• Adapt training style to accommodate Learners' needs.

• Demonstrate resilience and interpersonal skills with a mixed cohort of Learners.

• Complete documentation in line with company policies and procedures.

• Manage challenges in delivering alternative education.

• Transport Learners to and from sessions as permitted.

• Demonstrate time management, administrative skills, and meet deadlines.

• Exhibit strong written, oral, and digital literacy skills with attention to detail.

• Work cohesively in a team environment.

• Undertake regular training on Child Safe Standards and Mandatory reporting policies.

Skills and Experience required

• Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment

• Working at Heights Certificate

• Confined Spaces Certificate

• National Police Clearance

• Working with Children Check
