About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of a Training Assessor to join our esteemed client's team based in the Pilbara. The position is a permanent opportunity, FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 Roster. Looking to start as soon as possible. Flights, accommodation, and meals provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and field-based on-the-job training to direct and indirect personnel.

• Schedule and perform assessments to the required standards.

• Provide guidance, training, mentorship, and support to direct and indirect personnel.

• Process training needs analysis.

• Work independently in remote locations with limited supervision.

• Demonstrate good collaborative, influential, and team-oriented approach.

• Be flexible, adaptable, and resilient in working within a dynamic environment and meeting business demands.

• Maintain a high regard for and practice health and safety at all times.

Skills and Experience:

• Cert IV TAE with proven assessor experience

• Experience working on all levels in training and assessing

• Experience in concrete or similar industry desirable

• Good collaborative, influential, and team-oriented approach

• Current C Class driver's license
