About the Position:

WorkPac are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our client for an initial 12 Month Duration. This role will work a 9 day fortnightly roster, with camp accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document management and record keeping

• Training & Assessing on Underground and Surface Machinery

• Remain fully conversant with legislation, & changes in relating to training

• Identify and communicate training/assessment recommendations where gaps to the standards are identified

Skills and Experience Required:

• Certificate IV Training & Assessment

• Experience on Underground Equipment

• Experience with Loaders, QDS attachments, Bolters and Surface Machinery

• Forklift & Elevated Work Platform advantageous

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team alongside a range of diverse individuals

• Professional writing and verbal communication skills in addition to active listening skills

• High-level attention to detail, efficiency, and effectiveness

• Current Coal Board Medical

• Current Standard 11

• Current C Class Australian License

• Full Working Rights in Australia
