About the Role

Our Client is seeking a experienced Training and Development Advisor with a minimum of three years' experience of professional experience in a Training & Development role.

Experience Required

  • Demonstrated 3 years (minimum) of relevant professional experience in a Training & Development role

  • Tertiary Qualifications (HRM)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and providing the necessary training & development to the organisation.

  • Just Transition (JT) involvement and input to JT plan

  • Developing, implementing, and managing our compliance program

  • Strong effective communication skills along with sound computer literacy (SAP/Microsoft)

  • Coordinate the T&D program of the business in line with the annual budget and Human Resources Management Plan.

  • Develop and deliver training and development programs and initiatives to the organisation to build capability to deliver service excellence.

  • Establish training needs within the business and develop and implement relevant training programs.

  • Update and maintain capability matrices.

  • Conducts training needs analysis that informs the development of learning and development programs focused on service excellence.

  • Develops, delivers and evaluates training and development programs and initiatives, using blended learning methodologies & techniques, that builds customer service capability.

  • Manage and facilitate new starter inductions and training.

  • Build and maintain a training database.

  • Manage internal T&D policies.

  • Facilitate training material as required, as well as source and support external providers/facilitators.

  • Manage coaching and mentoring programs.

  • Manage T&D reporting, including monitoring the effectiveness of external training courses.

  • Participate in career days and industry events as required.
