About the Role
Our Client is seeking a experienced Training and Development Advisor with a minimum of three years' experience of professional experience in a Training & Development role.
Experience Required
Demonstrated 3 years (minimum) of relevant professional experience in a Training & Development role
Tertiary Qualifications (HRM)
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinating and providing the necessary training & development to the organisation.
Just Transition (JT) involvement and input to JT plan
Developing, implementing, and managing our compliance program
Strong effective communication skills along with sound computer literacy (SAP/Microsoft)
Coordinate the T&D program of the business in line with the annual budget and Human Resources Management Plan.
Develop and deliver training and development programs and initiatives to the organisation to build capability to deliver service excellence.
Establish training needs within the business and develop and implement relevant training programs.
Update and maintain capability matrices.
Conducts training needs analysis that informs the development of learning and development programs focused on service excellence.
Develops, delivers and evaluates training and development programs and initiatives, using blended learning methodologies & techniques, that builds customer service capability.
Manage and facilitate new starter inductions and training.
Build and maintain a training database.
Manage internal T&D policies.
Facilitate training material as required, as well as source and support external providers/facilitators.
Manage coaching and mentoring programs.
Manage T&D reporting, including monitoring the effectiveness of external training courses.
Participate in career days and industry events as required.
