About the Role

WorkPac is currently seeking a Truck Driver Trainer and Assessor within the beautiful coastal location of Busselton. You must reside in Busselton or live within 30mins of Busselton. The position requires you to provide training to the unit of competence for the chosen licence (HR), conduct assessments to the Dept of Transport standards, assist in all operation & registered training organisation compliance requirements, assist in generating business growth and conduct verification of competencies for various clients. There may also be a requirement to work in the Regional wheatbelt region between the months of July to October for 10 or 12days at a time, meals, travel and accommodation provided.

Skills & Experience

• Essential: Cert IV Training & Assessing ( pref TAE40116)

• Essential: road ranger gear box experience

• Minimum of HR licence ( MC pref)

• WA Driving Instructors licence ( assistance in obtaining can be provided)

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build repeal with people from all walks of life and cultures

• Current DL and own transport

• Able to pass DAS and pre employment medical

• Good work ethic

• Right to work in Australia
