About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor who contributes to ensuring the execution of safe operational objectives & service contracts are met, liaising between the team and its employees, the vendor company and its workforce including sub-contractors and independent contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops Scopes of Work, follows contract management frameworks and resolves issues/variations through strong vendor relationships to drive safe and effective work practices across the business

• Drives business improvement through the measurement of business performance.

• Supports the management of vendor/customer selection, contracts, and performance to maximise operational and financial outcomes and mitigate exposure to risk.

• Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Designs and implements governance/assurance practices and Management of Change procedures to control value outcomes across the business.

• Applies an understanding of the business context, the business operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance.

• Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.

• Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
