The Role

Join our team in Echuca as a Heavy Rigid Non-Synchro Driver, where you'll play a crucial role in waste sorting operations. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, with 90% of your time dedicated to waste sorting tasks and 10% to driving within the yard.

Responsibilities

• Perform waste sorting duties efficiently and effectively.

• Operate heavy rigid vehicles within the yard, adhering to safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) license.

• Proven experience in waste sorting or related field preferred.

• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
