About the Client

Operating for over fifteen years, our client is a reputable family owned and operated company specialising in the design, manufacturing, repair and installation of truck bodies.

Due to the increasing demand and workload, they are currently seeking an experienced Welder to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis at their workshop in Pinkenba.

What you will be doing

You will be required to work Monday to Thursday from 7am - 4pm and 7am-12pm on a Friday.

As a Welder you will be responsible for MIG welding steel truck body frames and fit out, which will also include occasional TIG and Aluminium welding. You will have prior experience with MIG and TIG welding and be comfortable with aluminium welds. You will be required to interview with the client prior to commencing.

What you will need

• Experienced First/Second Class Welder (No trade cert required)

• Confident with MIG & TIG welding

• Experience with Aluminium welding is preferred but not essential

• Understanding or experience welding steel trailers or sub/rear frames

• Comfortable working in a workshop environment
