About the Role

WorkPac is seeking a skilled Welder (1st and 2nd Class) with MIG experience to join its team. The Welder will be responsible for welding frames and shelves into the frames, adhering to specifications and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Weld frames and shelves into frames using MIG welding techniques.

  • Follow specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate welding.

  • Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Must have Australian driver's licence.

  • Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in a similar industrial or logistics environment.

  • Proven experience as a Welder, with proficiency in MIG welding techniques.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Valid welding certification is preferred but not required.
