About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a SMP Supervisor for a mine in South Australia on a 9:5 roster, this position will be a site based role with an highly incentivising daily rate.

Duties:

??? Collaborate with Production, and Maintenance to ensure that the works are executed on time with SIMOPS managed

??? Ensure planned materials, plant and resources are in appropriate place at the appropriate time

??? Attend the daily contractor pre-start meetings

??? Facilitate the daily 3pm Supervisor Standup meeting with Production and Contractor supervisors, record minutes of meeting on form, and electronically file document to serve as daily shift report.

??? Make field inspections to determine appropriate scope of work and course of action as required

??? Manage contractors and contract labour in-field, assisting and encouraging where appropriate to maximise safe and efficient project delivery outcomes (including driving contractors to meet required schedule dates)

??? Complete CCVs in line with the monthly CCV planner

??? Complete field leadership activities in line with the monthly Field Leadership planner

Skills and Experience

Experience on a mine site as a SMP Supervisor

Experience in mining construction and OD site experience preferable

Territory qualifications in relevant fields

Ability to complete Pre employment medical process
