About the Company

Our client is the world's only plug-in cedar ice bath giving customers a beautiful and functional true 0-degree ice bath. They are a small, dedicated team that are looking to expand globally after becoming one of the industry leaders in the world of ice baths. The are currently seeking an experienced Fabrication Leading Hand to join their team in Molendinar, Queensland, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be required to commence at 6:30am each day from Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 6 fabricators and welders and will be responsible for assisting in the factory and will be trained in an extensive variety of trades and machinist duties, including: measuring, cutting, drilling and welding materials; assembling steel components; maintaining a high standard of factory housekeeping.

Skills and Experience

• Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport

• Trade Certified Boilermaker

• MIG/TIG/Stick Welding experience

• Ability to organise, coordinate and work with others
