Site Supervisor
About the Role
A long-term opportunity has become available for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to work across various projects within the Brisbane region. This medium sized Construction company is responsible for high-rise residential buildings including the internal fit outs and finishing of these Projects. This is a Monday to Saturday role working approximately 40-50 hour weeks, The successful candidate will have experience on similar projects in the capacity of a Supervisor and you will hold a current QBCC License.
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing daily tasks across the site
Ensuring safety standards are adhered to across staff and sub-contractors
Ability to read and interpret plans
Liaising with the Project Manager and stake holders
Meeting deadlines
Daily reporting
Assisting on the tools where required
Requirements:
Must hold QBCC license
Must have minimum of 5-7yrs experience managing high-rise residential buildings
Internal fit-out and finishes experience essential
Ability to use online internal management systems
White Card
Experience with Modular installation highly desirable
Experience managing many subcontractors across the site
Current Drivers License with reliable transport
Resume with minimum 2x work related reference checks
